The location was absolutely perfect. Short walk to all the breweries, restaurants, shopping, the wharfs, Bellevue Avenue, downtown shops. Additionally, Bowen's Wharf is just a 10-15 minute walk from the inn.

Lovely location within walking distance of heart of Newport. Very charming B&B with lovely room and sitting area and beautiful deck in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful breakfasts and lemonade, tea and sweets available in the afternoon. Almost wanted to stay at the Inn instead of expoloring Newport!

The staff was knowledgeable and easy going, making my stay relaxing. the deluxe queen room felt like home and was of a high standard. - the central location of the hotel made it convenient for various activities. - I enjoyed a nice dinner and drinks at the nearby Brick Alley Pub.

We booked standard queen room with good breakfast and could use wake-up service, available in it. Location: the hotel was very close to the downtown area that contains plenty of theater, restaurants, pubs and the like, the harbor, shopping district, Bellevue mansions and the cliff walk, and all the mansions.

The location was great to everything in Newport and met the criteria. The breakfast was fantastic with cookies or brownies in the afternoon and all the food was exceptional. We did not want to leave and would love to come back here some time.

the Inn staff greeted us at the door and showed us to our room on the top floor. It was a quaint room with a nice clean bathroom and an armoir for hanging up clothes. There were three rooms on the top floor and all reserved. We missed breakfast due to an early start but the menu looked delicious!
